This is a ministry to the men the world has written off, the young who are headed their way, and the people daring to walk them home. We advocate for transformed men serving life sentences, work to keep the next generation from entering prison, and support those who help the formerly incarcerated build lives of purpose and hope. Three pillars, one root: the grace of Jesus Christ.
Christ isthe model.
We are not selling a program or a method. We point to one thing only: a heart made new by belief in Christ and the work of the Holy Spirit. The re-entry, the ministry inside, the children we reach, all of it is simply what that new heart looks like once the world can see it.
The ministry Gary leads inside.
Every week, in a prison chapel, Gary opens the Word to men who have spent years being told they are beyond saving. We put the study in their hands and the discipleship at their backs, for the ones with decades left and the ones counting down their last months before release.
And we are working to carry his teaching past the walls of Hamilton, to chaplains and men in other prisons Gary will never set foot in. A fire like this was never meant to stay in one cellblock.

Gary was nineteen when a single night took a life and cost him his own. There are boys right now standing where he once stood. We are telling his story, in his own voice, so it reaches them before the world does, in film, in writing, in the places their lives are still being decided.
And we are building the partnerships to carry it further, into juvenile halls and youth ministries, to the kids most likely to become the next name in a case file. Reach one of them in time, and a whole life turns.
The safety net waiting on the outside.
A man can meet God in a cell and still walk out the gate into nothing, back to the same street, the same faces, the same hunger that put him inside. So many do. Faith-based homes like Trinity Reentry Center, which we stand behind, are the difference between a second chance and a revolving door. They give a changed man a safe place to land, and people who will not let him fall.
Too often these ministries labor alone, underfunded and unseen, each learning the same hard lessons in isolation. Our vision is to gather them: to strengthen their work with real support, and to give them one another, so no one doing this holy, exhausting work has to do it by themselves.
